This workshop will be an exploration of the impact of sleep on our resilience and performance, both of which are key to our success in business.

We will look at the science behind sleep, including why we sleep, what governs sleep and the impact of sleep deprivation on our the brain and body, from many perspectives, as well as simple things we can do ourselves to proactively improve both our quality and duration of sleep, to enhance our wellbeing – and in effect, the wellbeing of our business.

You will leave this workshop with a better understanding of the primitive reasons why we need better sleep and how it can enhance you business performance as well as deep self awareness and understanding of your own sleep habits.

This workshop will take place over Zoom and the link will be sent to all attendees within 24 hours of the start time.
