Find a Sub

Sometimes, you will be on holiday or off sick, and you can't make one of your meetings.  When this happens, we ask you to find someone to sub for you to represent you and your business.

Why?  Because it will help keep you in the forefront of everyone's minds so the group can still continue to support you.   

You can 'gift' your place to a work colleague, client, supplier, or someone who you are keen to build a relationship with.  Everyone wins, and your group will enjoy meeting someone new.

Once you have found a sub, here's what you need to do:

1. Send an email to your Group leader, Connecter and sub, introducing everyone.
2. Ask your sub to book online for the meeting you can't make. After completing the online form, they'll see a dropdown box which asks for the name of who they are subbing for, and they can then select you. 
3. Send your 1 minute pitch to your sub

Here's an example of what to put in your email:

Subject line: Subbing for Helen Johnson - Bristol Central 27th November 

Hello all,

I hope you are all well! I'm emailing you to let you know that Jane will be subbing for me on the 27th November 

Jane, here is the link to the meeting, please book yourself on, skip the payment section as you don't need to pay
