I have always had an interest in fitness. and have played lacrosse, netball, volleyball, tennis and squash for various teams over the years i also play golf when time allows and I am a keen walker having 2 exercise hungry dogs to walk on a daily basis as well as going on treks or cycles once a year to interesting places around the world.
It is always good to have a goal or challenge to work towards, however small these may be and will also hopefully encourage my members to do the same. I have trekked in Costa Rica, cycled in Vietnam, Cambodia and India and trekked in the Arctic as well as climbs closer to home like Snowdon.
I have attended many gyms over the years mostly in Bath but decided to complete my Level 2 Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training exams so that I could pass on my passion for fitness to others and base my gym in the villages to provide a service to people outside of the city.
