A bit about me...
During my 35 years, in a previous life, as a Senior Valuer and Estate Agent, I noticed two things that inspired me to set up this business:
Firstly, for the majority of homes, there are more keys in circulation than those handed to the buyer on completion and secondly, one of the major things that impacts the sale price of a home are all the repair and improvement jobs that an owner never got around to doing.
These issues reduce both the security and the value of your home and I believe that because your home is the most important and costly purchase you’ll likely make in your lifetime, it deserves to be both protected and cared for. This is why I set up Frith The Locksmith and Handyman!
LOCKSMITH
If you have just bought a new home, I can help you to keep it secure by fitting new locks to doors, windows and garages and providing you with unique keys that only you have possession of.
HANDYMAN
If you are wanting to improve your home, either to make it more comfortable and/or workable for yourself and your family, or to make it more appealing to an ideal buyer, I can come and do all those job that you don’t have the inclination, time or skills to do.
And the best bit (so I’m told!)? I arrive on time, on the day you booked me for, with clean shoes, all the tools I need, my own dust sheets and a vacuum cleaner - and I leave your home in better shape that I found it.
