With 30 years’ experience of coaching, managing and leading in the sports industry I’ve developed sound business acumen, an expertise in positive culture change and team impact by using a blend of methods. These include marginal gains, growth mindset, creativity, innovation and behaviour change.
I’ve helped sport and non-sport clients recover from challenging periods, embed the characteristics that will be bring longer term success and clients who wanted up their game. They all wanted to maximise their resources and impact.
