I’m an online health and lifestyle transformation coach and have been in this industry for over a decade. I have worked in three different countries with all sorts of clients with different backgrounds and demanding lifestyles.
The big thing for me is sustainability. How many people do you personally know who had started a diet or exercise regime and gave up after a few weeks or months because it was too difficult and limiting to their lifestyle?
I specialise in helping people who have tried all sorts of diets and workout programs and find it too restrictive and limiting, to sustainably transform their health, physique and lifestyle for good. Because I personally believe that, your health and wellbeing should contribute to your life and living, not limit it.
I show people how they can be healthy, fit and strong, happy and energised, and be in the best shape of their life for good. Say good bye to yo-yo weight management, mood swings and energy dips. Say hello to a heappier, body confident you that has a healthy and positive relationship with food and exercising. A healthy lifestyle and mindset that doesn't restrict and limit you, but rather allows you to enjoy all that life has to offer.
What's the most enjoyable thing about your work?
Seeing my clients realise you can have a healthy lifestyle and a social life, or go on a holiday and not feel guilty about what they ate and drank. That it's not one or the other.
