After 15 years working in HR roles for a variety of organisations, from large global companies to small businesses, I decided to set up Freedom HR Consulting to follow my passion of helping small businesses to have access to practical and straightforward HR expertise.
I know employing people and managing teams can be time consuming and overwhelming without the right advice and support. I help take the stress out of managing people, providing flexible solutions to ensure businesses have a trusted HR partner to help them navigate the legal obligations and tricky issues that can arise whilst creating a great workplace where employees can thrive.
Outside of work, I am kept extremely busy with my two young sons and when I need a break from them I can be found in a swimming pool or pilates class to relax!
