A bit about me...
My background spans operations, product and strategy across tech, health and finance - including leading global teams, scaling products, and supporting organisations through major transformation.
I understand how it feels to be constantly putting out fires! As a senior leader inside a company that looked very successful from the outside, growing fast, hiring faster and chasing scale, but recognising that under the surface it felt like utter chaos with constant draining meetings and unattainable goals, I came to realise that we were a business that was growing based on a product that didn’t actually work and this wasn't healthy or sustainable.
In the middle of it all, I was running a high-performing, psychologically safe team—one of the best of my career. They were disruptive and seriously effective but I could always feel that chaos creeping in. I started to see the pattern and I knew that I couldn't become part of it. I needed to step out and make a bigger change.
This inspired me to start working with founders, executives and leadership teams who understand that putting their people first is the most profitable decision you can make and is crucial for sustainable growth. I provide bespoke business support that will enable you to get under the surface and become clear on what’s really preventing progress, what cycles need to be broken and what patterns need to be changed in order to create the conditions for scale that’s actually sustainable. From here you will start to see opportunities you didn’t know existed, bringing more customers and more revenue - as well as more time to focus on what is at the heart of what you do.
Business has evolved and I believe that by rethinking what growth looks like and dropping the copy-and-paste frameworks, together we can build someothing better and optimise your business growth.
