In this half day workshop, James Tanner will guide you through how to understand people better, adapt your communication accordingly and get the best from those around you while cultiating great relationships.
 

This will be a fun practical workshop and you will cover things like communication styles, personality differences, how to flex your approach, engagement, trust and relationships, and some simple leadership models that work just as well in a small business as they do in larger organisations.
