Taylor Boyle

TaylorBoyle is a Virtual Administration Assistant company who aim to work with SME's from a wide range of backgrounds who need help with their office administration.

A bit about me...

We are two like-minded individuals who got together to form TaylorBoyle the professional virtual administration assistant service.  From backgrounds in Hospitality, Training, Marketing, Business Management and Finance we have extensive business experience and excellent administration skills.

Often small businesses struggle with their administration and vital paperwork can be pushed to one side as it is not in their skill set, creating stress that will affect their business.

At TaylorBoyle we will take away the stress of admin as we have the skills they need.  Having the peace of mind that their admin is fully under control will leave them free to focus and concentrate on growing their business.

We tailor our services to meet our clients needs and can help with day to day office support, book keeping, invoicing and expenses, credit control, event management, marketing and mailings, website population, social media updates, recruitment assistance and personal life management.

We are based in the South West but by the nature of our business we are able to offer services to businesses and individuals in any location. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work.  We work efficiently and accurately, with effective communication.  Our aim is to provide an excellent business service that our clients can rely on.

"We have been working with Rich of TaylorBoyle, since in May 2017 and he has worked on a number of different types of projects for us – including research, case study/blog writing, event related admin and most frequently all of our Social Media. We always find Rich to be very flexible, reliable and pro active when we ask him to do creative tasks for us. He is a great addition to our team, especially with regards to our Social Media and is always happy to look at suggestions for us of posts to share and also track all of the data and admin associated with this. We would not hesitate to recommend him."

"If you’re looking for a trusted virtual assistant to work with, I’d definitely recommend Mr Richard Jay as your man here. He is a gentleman to the core, with great listening skills and professionalism which helped made my project easy to accomplish. Working with Richard was a great experience as he worked hard to accomplish everything I needed on time at a very short notice, which saved me a lot of my time that I would have used in preparing the admin work required for this project."

"There is nothing more frustrating when you visit a website and the latest blog article is a few months out of date. I have found that this is a regular occurrence for a lot of my clients with time being the contributing factor. I needed to find them a solution and that solution was Taylor Boyle. Taylor Boyle have been managing a number of my clients blog articles for me. Every month they come up with fresh ideas, research and write the articles but more importantly keep my clients sites fresh with new engaging content. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Richard and Jayne for a great service and would have no hesitation in recommending you."

A bit more about me

If you could give one single piece of advice to a new start up business, what would it be?
Like Dory said, "just keep swimming". In my first year of business I often wondered if I had made the right decision jumping ship from Corporate Hell. Once your business gains traction and the wheels stop spinning (quote from Tamsen Garrie) then you are a long way to making your business succeed.
