Hi, I’m Dr Emmie — psychologist, mum of three daughters, and the person behind Hero Cards®. When I was working in the NHS, I met lots of adults struggling with mental health — often because of unhelpful thinking habits they’d learned as kids.
A bit about me...
I'm a solo mum of 3 daughters - identical twins aged 10 and a 13 year old. All are neurodiverse (ADHD/ASD). I am quite new to Bath so it would be lovely to meet new people. I know Nicky Bevan, who invited me!
