A bit about me...
Hi, I'm Tracy Jerram, Commercial Director at Cox & Co Payroll Solutions Ltd. I'm passionate about helping businesses strengthen their payroll function through better processes, improved efficiency and a proactive approach to compliance. I enjoy working alongside employers to simplify complex legislation, educate and support their teams, and build resilient payroll processes that give businesses confidence while delivering a better experience for their people.
I'm equally passionate about supporting the next generation, working with local schools to help prepare young people for the world of work by developing employability skills and improving financial literacy. It's something I believe benefits not only individuals, but our wider business community too.
I'm looking forward to meeting fellow We Mean Biz members, sharing ideas and building meaningful relationships with like minded businesses across the region.
