twenties and upwards. I mainly work online but can do in person.
A bit about me...
I live in Bath and have a goldendoodle called Elsie, a Cavapoo called Laila, two rabbits called Larry & Fudge and finally, Mr Sprinkles the hamster.
I love going to Camp Bestival each year and having a boogie to house and drum & bass.

What's the most enjoyable thing about your work?
Seeing them transform after struggling with something for so long. I love supporting them in between sessions so they never are alone.
What is your vision for your business?
I want to build on my 1:1's but I will always keep this side of things small so that I can serve them properly.
My long term goal is to set up some kind of membership where I will drop EFT Tapping videos and Hypnosis videos for specific topics around anxiety.
If you could give one single piece of advice to a new start up business, what would it be?
Just don't give up - if you can feel it in your heart that this is what you are supposed to do, just keep going. The first couple of years are hard but after a while it starts to pay off.
